Lara graduated with honors in Psychology from Arizona State University, blending a strong academic foundation with extensive experience in complementary healing. As a hypnotherapy coach and reiki practitioner, she takes an integrative, mind-body approach that honors the connection between mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
As a Brazilian-American, Iara values cultural awareness and creates a compassionate, inclusive space where clients feel seen and supported. Dedicated to meeting each person where they are, she guides them toward self-awareness, healing, and resilience.
