Dr. Izehi Eromosele, PMHNP-BC, is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in acute care, long-term care, school health, and home health settings. Guided by empathy, respect, and collaboration, she strives to create a safe and empowering therapeutic space where healing becomes less intimidating and more transformative. Her mission is to help patients feel understood, supported, and confident on their journey toward lasting mental wellness and a better quality of life. She is committed to providing exceptional patient outcomes through a comprehensive approach that blends medication management with evidence-based supportive therapy.

Dr. Calvin J. Pouncy
Mental Health Counselor
Dr. Pouncy earned his doctoral degree in social work from the University of Southern California. He also obtained a master’s degree in social work from Arizona State University, as well as a specialist degree in autism spectrum disorders and another master’s degree in emotional and behavioral disorders from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Dr. Pouncy uses an integrative and individualized approach to address mental health concerns, placing a strong emphasis on building secure therapeutic relationships and fostering open communication.
Willow Mahoney
Marriage and Family Therapist -LMFT
Willow is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Oregon and Washington. Her clinical focus is trauma healing through EMDR and parts work. Willow is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) through an EMDRIA-accredited program, Level 1 trained in evidence-based Parts and Memory Therapy, and is currently pursuing advanced EMDR consultation and training towards certification. As a trauma-informed therapist, Willow helps individuals, couples, children, and families reconnect with themselves, heal from trauma, and restore clarity and emotional balance after difficult life experiences. She supports clients navigating anxiety, PTSD, depression, and complex relationships. Willow offers LGBTQIA+ affirming care and practices from a place of cultural humility, honoring intersectionality and all lived experiences. Bradley is a Qualified Mental Health Professional–Registered (QMHP-R) Therapist and a MSW candidate at Grand Canyon University. Jeromy is father of two young boys with a passion for helping children, with 10 years' experience in a variety of adolescent support roles. His experience includes working in child development centers as well as child protective services. In his spare time, he coaches/trains athletes in football. He is a former college athlete and is a graduate of Oregon State University. His passion for children gives him purpose and allows him give back to the children he encounters.

Amy Jo Young-BS, is a Peer Support Specialist and QMHA-I with over a decade of experience walking alongside individuals navigating addiction, behavioral health challenges, and life transitions. With 18 years in recovery, she brings lived experience, long-term stability, and a grounded understanding of what rebuilding truly takes.
Amy provides peer support services rooted in trust, honesty, and accountability. She supports individuals in navigating systems, strengthening confidence, and reconnecting with their own strengths without judgment or hierarchy. Amy is a co-founder of L-APS, INC., (https://www.l-aps.org) a rural nonprofit focused on bridging gaps in peer and community-based support.Her work is centered on belonging — being seen, understood, and valued without needing to change who you are.
Wanda Valles

She earned her Master’s Degree in Art Therapy and Counseling from Southwestern College and is trained in both expressive and traditional therapeutic modalities. With years of experience supporting families in social services, she practices with cultural humility and a strong trauma-informed lens.
As an artist in her personal life, Wanda values an integrative approach to therapy that empowers individuals through both conversation and creative expression. Wanda fosters an interactive and supportive space that engages the senses, deepens insight, and encourages meaningful growth.

Eryca comes to Enrich Therapy with ambition, dedication and values that reflect the vision of the practice. With over 13 years of combined office, billing, and management experience, Eryca is here to assist clients and associates on their journey towards growth and healing with Enrich Therapy.

RICHARD SEIGLER, LMFT
Richard Seigler is licensed marriage and family therapist and AAMFT approved Supervisor in Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Idaho and Washington. He is passionate about people leading empowered, connected, and purposeful lives. He has historically provided counseling services to diverse clients as they learn, change, grow, and function in increasingly inspired, creative, healthy, and adaptive ways. With this continued goal in mind, the effort to reach and help even more people, motivated Richard Seigler to expand his private practice, to a group practice. Enrich Therapy LLC was launched in 2019 with the vision of recruiting and retaining the best of the best contracted providers from multiple states. Enrich Therapy LLC discovered that with more administrative assistance and a higher reimbursement rates, therapist were free to do what they are meant to do, help people. Each contracted provider that works with Enrich Therapy LLC is supported in their efforts to be professional healers first and foremost, while being compensated for their efforts more graciously than industry standards. The demand for professional competency and ethical standards is high with Enrich Therapy LLC, but our contracted providers are rewarded with professional administrative support, ongoing clinical skills development and a reimbursement rates that is unmatched by other group practices.
Richard Seiger also carries a caseload of clients that he works with as well. He collaborates with clients in identifying needs, making changes, and practicing new skills in a safe and supportive setting. Richard Seigler experiences include working with individuals, couples, families, as well as adolescent and children, on issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, impulsivity, suicidal thoughts/behavior, grief, anger, and unwanted thoughts and emotions. In addition to public speaking engagements, group facilitating, supervising provisionally licensed therapist and volunteering at local non-profits.
